1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the PK3 Game platform — including our website, mobile app, game lobby, sports betting section, bingo, and all related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and PK3 Game. They apply to all registered players and any visitor who accesses any part of our platform, regardless of whether they have created an account.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

PK3 Game is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any part of our services. This requirement applies without exception to all game types, including slots, live casino, bingo and sports betting.

By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. PK3 Game reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If a player is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, and any winnings accumulated during the period of underage play will be forfeited entirely.

In addition to the age requirement, you must also confirm the following to be eligible to use PK3 Game:

• You are registering voluntarily and on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion or cool-off period on any gaming platform.
• You are using your own funds to play and are not playing with money that is required for essential personal or household expenses.
• You understand that gaming involves financial risk and that losing your deposited funds is a real possibility.

3 Account Registration

To access all features of PK3 Game, you must register a free account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on PK3 Game. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be permanently suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. PK3 Game will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately.

• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
• You must not share your account login with any other person.
• Account transfers between players are not permitted under any circumstances.
• PK3 Game reserves the right to verify your identity at any point and may request supporting documents.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on PK3 Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfers, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available from time to time on the platform.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your PK3 Game balance instantly in most cases. Bank transfer timings follow standard interbank clearing schedules and may take additional time depending on your bank. PK3 Game does not apply conversion charges or processing fees on deposits.

You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether a family member, friend, or anyone else — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on PK3 Game are processed in PKR to a verified payment method registered in the same name as your PK3 Game account. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity verification. This is a standard process and we aim to make it as straightforward as possible.

Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed the same day. Bank transfer withdrawals follow interbank clearing timelines. PK3 Game does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a deposit on your account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown within your account.
• PK3 Game reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has an outstanding bonus with active wagering requirements.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

PK3 Game offers bonuses, free spins and other promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bonus before claiming it.

General bonus rules that apply across all PK3 Game promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds and expiry dates are set individually for each promotion and will be stated clearly in the offer details.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new players only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device and per payment method.
• PK3 Game reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Placing bets that deliberately exploit bonus terms — including low-risk hedging strategies across multiple outcomes — is considered bonus abuse and may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on PK3 Game — including slots, live casino, bingo and other casino-style products — operate using certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are entirely random and independent from one another. No previous result has any influence on the next result.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages and volatility ratings are displayed for each game in the PK3 Game library. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes. Winning or losing in any given session is normal and expected.

• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server record, which is treated as definitive.
• If a game malfunction occurs and a valid game round cannot be completed or verified, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's balance.
• PK3 Game reserves the right to void any bet or game result that was affected by a software error, display error or any other technical fault that produced an incorrect outcome.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit or reverse-engineer any game on the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

8 Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section of PK3 Game covers cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and bilateral series), football, esports and other sports as listed on the platform. All bets are placed in PKR and are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on PK3 Game:

• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed on your bet slip at confirmation are the odds that will apply to your wager.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. PK3 Game reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time without notice.
• If a match or event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market, which are stated in the sports betting section.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements and eligible market restrictions stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Obvious pricing errors — for example, where odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault — will be voided and stakes returned.

9 Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair and secure platform for all players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on PK3 Game. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent closure of your account:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in live casino games.
• Depositing funds through a payment method that is not registered in your own name.
• Money laundering or using PK3 Game for any purpose that facilitates illegal financial activity.
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated betting strategies designed to extract bonus funds without genuine play intent.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

PK3 Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 9 has occurred, or if the account is found to be in breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of account closure due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the balance may be forfeited.

Players may also request the voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

11 Privacy & Data

PK3 Game collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at pk3game.onl/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

We collect the information you provide during registration and identity verification, along with data generated by your activity on the platform, for the purposes of providing our services, processing transactions, preventing fraud, and complying with our legal obligations.

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Data shared with payment processors is limited to what is necessary to process your transaction.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you at any time.

12 Responsible Gaming

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, PK3 Game shall not be liable for any losses, damages or costs arising from:

• Loss of funds arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Outcomes of games or sports betting markets, which are determined by certified random processes or real-world events.
• Any reliance placed on information displayed on the platform that contains a typographical or display error.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits our liability in cases of fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Changes to These Terms

PK3 Game reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. In some cases, we may also notify registered players directly through their account or via email.

Continued use of the PK3 Game platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.
